Lights Out Infinity ("the App") is developed by Roman Melnychok. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard frameworks (SwiftData and UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party.
The App does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. No usage data is collected.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Premium Pack") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not have access to your payment information.
The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. The developer does not have access to your Game Center data.
The App does not knowingly collect any data from children or any other users. The App is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
